When a single lead shows strong buying signals — multiple opens plus a click within 48h, or a click on a pricing, booking, or demo link within 24h — Leo (ACT-008) drafts a personalised 1-to-1 follow-up email and queues it for your approval.

ACT-008 defaults to "Ask first": you review the proposed body and target lead in the Approvals tab before anything sends.

What counts as high intent?

≥3 opens AND ≥1 click within 48h, OR a click on a tracked pricing/booking/demo link within 24h. Unsubscribed, bounced, or already-replied leads are excluded.

Can it loop or spam a lead?

No — a hard cap of 1 follow-up per lead per 7 days, and Leo skips if the lead is already in an active automation reaching them within 24h.

Can I make it autonomous?

Yes — flip ACT-008 from "Ask first" to "Autonomous" in /agent-governance. The same guardrails still apply.
